Highlighting Diverse Industries: UX Design Expertise at Scale

Leveraging my UX design expertise at Accenture Interactive, I tackled diverse projects (confidential due to NDA) for international clients across telco, B2B/B2C commerce, and customer service.  In one project, I streamlined user processes of a new SaaS website as a UX Consultant.  Another project involved leading the visual design concept for a mobile network operator, ensuring alignment with user experience, brand attributes, and top visual standards.  Finally, I designed an optimized user experience for a multinational manufacturer's B2B/B2C e-commerce platform, rapidly translating design concepts into functional prototypes while considering both technical feasibility and design goals.

In 2021, I participated in the Accenture MobiLabs Bootcamp, where for six months I led a team of seasoned mobile developers, guiding students in creating and implementing mobile apps for Android and iOS. My role involved preparing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs, introducing them to collaborative standards with designers, and overseeing the students throughout the entire process. This experience not only honed my design skills but also fostered strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
